2011, means such Personal Data which consists of information relating to:

Sexual orientation;
Medical records and history;
Biometric and Genetic Information;
Any other details relating to the above mentioned, provided by any person to UEERI for providing our services;
Any Information received pursuant to the above mentioned by UEERI for processing, or storing such Information under a lawful contract or otherwise;
Provided that any Information that is freely available or accessible in public domain or furnished under the Right to Information Act 2005 or any other law for the time being in force will not be considered to be Sensitive Personal Data.
2.4 Technical Data. We may also collect information from your device and store it in log file, as you interact with our website or websites hosted by our third party partners or cookies embedded in our website, in order to support your website experience and interactions with us. This information could include data on your IP Address, Location, device identifiers and information on links that you click on or content that you view.

We may also process your data for the performance of a contract You may enter with us – for example, be part of UEERI GLOBAL COMMUNITY where a contract is executed.

Service providers handles services such as conducting tests on samples collected, processing medical reports, payment processing, spam detection, network data transmission, and other similar services. These companies are authorized to use your personal information only as necessary to provide these services to UEERI. We remain responsible for your information when shared with our associate service providers/ consultants, and it will only be used and stored for the purposes detailed in this document.
3.2 Security
UEERI is committed to protect your information and use leading technologies and encryption software to safeguard your data, and keep strict security standards to prevent any unauthorized access to it, both during transmission and processing, once We receive it. Information security policy and procedures will be documented and implemented to ensure reasonable security for personal information collected, stored, used, transferred and disposed by UEERI. Technologies such as: cookies, beacons, tags and scripts are used by UEERI and our online support providers. These technologies are used in analysing trends, administering the site, tracking users’ movements around the site and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole. Published content, such as comments and success stories, are retained indefinitely unless you explicitly request us to delete it.
3.4 Monitoring and Enforcement

3.5 Dispute Resolution and Recourse
a. UEERI will perform a periodic review of all the complaints related to data privacy to ensure that all the complaints are resolved in a timely manner and resolutions are documented and communicated to the Users.
b. UEERI has a designed and documented escalation process for unresolved complaints and disputes. c. You will be notified and updated about any privacy incident / breach reporting within 72 hours within the occurrence of the incident/breach. d.
