At UEERI (Universal  Eternal  Energy  Research  Initiative),  we  collect,  store  and  use  personal information  in  order  to  provide  you  with  excellent  service.  We  will  never  sell  your information, and will only share it with third parties (like associate doctors, consultants and  data  processors)  when  necessary  to  collaborate  to  deliver  expected  results  and improve our services. We will use your information to respond to you, regarding the reason you contacted us.
We will not share your information with any third party outside of our organization, other
than as required to fulfill your request.
1. Objective
The objective of this Policy is to protect the privacy of individuals dealing with Us and to explain how We collect, use, disclose and store Personal Information at UEERI. This Policy also describes why We collect Personal Information and how You can access and correct Personal Information about You.

2.1 Personal Data means any information that relates to a natural person, which, either
directly or indirectly, in combination with other information available or likely to be available with an entity or body corporate, is capable of identifying such person.  

2.2 Data Processing refers to any action performed on Personal Data, such as collecting,
recording, organizing, storing, transferring, modifying, using, disclosing, uploading or
deleting.  

2.3 Sensitive Personal Data of a person, under the Indian Information Technology Rules
2011, means such Personal Data which consists of information relating to:  
 Password;  
 Financial  Information  such  as  bank  account  or  credit  card  or debit card or other payment instrument details;
  Physical, physiological and mental health condition;  
 Sexual orientation;  
 Medical records and history;  
  Biometric and Genetic Information;  

  Any other details relating to the above mentioned, provided by any person to UEERI for providing our services;  
 Any Information received pursuant to the above mentioned by UEERI  for  processing,  or  storing  such  Information  under  a lawful contract or otherwise;  
 Provided that any Information that is freely available or accessible  in  public  domain  or  furnished  under  the  Right  to Information  Act  2005  or  any  other  law  for  the  time  being  in force will not be considered to be Sensitive Personal Data.
2.4 Technical Data. We may also collect information from your device and store it in log file, as you interact with our website or websites hosted by our third party partners or cookies embedded in our website, in order to support your website experience and interactions with us. This information could include data on your IP Address, Location, device identifiers and information on links that you click on or content that you view.
3. GENERAL PRINCIPLES 

3.1 Information Collected
3.1.1 Type of information collected  
We  may  collect  information  or  opinions  about  You  in  the  normal  course  of  Our dealings  with  You.  This  information  is  collected  in  order  to  provide  services  to You.  The  information  may  include  Your  name,  gender,  contact  details,  date  of birth,  details  of  family  members  or  other  information  that  is  required  by  Us  to conduct  our  analysis.  Because  of  the  nature  of  Our  services,  We  also  collect Sensitive Information such as Your medical and health reports, information about Your  health  conditions  and  family  health  history,  Your  life  style  and  belief  or affiliations. No Sensitive Information will be collected without Your consent. 

a. Website Browser
We store standard access logs of all visits to the site. This includes access time,  page  visited,  browser  information  and  internet  address,  which  can potentially be personally identifying. We may also store how  You interact with the site, including clicks, scrolling etc. 

b. App Usage
We  may  store  information  about  how  our  apps  are  being  used.  This  can include  access  time,  page  visited,  browser  information,  internet  address, button  and  link  clicks,  scrolling  and  all  other  ways  in  which  You  interact with the app, which can potentially be personally identifying.
c. Registration
In order to use our services, You must first complete the registration form. During registration You are required to give certain information based on the services in which You have expressed interest.

Notification will be sent  to You  before or at the time  of  collection  of  personal  information  or  otherwise,  provided  as  soon  as practical thereafter via email, sms or any electronic media.

Providing  us with your Personal Information is always your choice. 3.1.3  Limiting Collection The Personal Information collected will be  limited to those details necessary for the purposes identified by us. With your consent, we may collect Personal Information from you in person, over the telephone or by corresponding with you via mail, facsimile, or the Internet. 

3.1.4 Accuracy Personal Information will be maintained in as accurate, complete and up-to-date
form as is necessary to fulfil the purposes for which it is collected and is to be used.
3.1.5 Performance of a contract
We may also process your data for the performance of a contract  You may enter with  us  –  for  example,  be  part  of  UEERI  GLOBAL  COMMUNITY where a contract is executed.
3.1.6 Legal Obligations
We  may  also  store  your  personal  data  where  we  need  to  comply  with  a  legal obligation  –  in  particular,  in  the  course  of  products  and  services  we  offer  or receive, the retention of relevant data for security purposes.
3.1.7 Sharing of information with third parties
UEERI  will  not  share  your  personal  information  with  any  third  party  unless absolutely required to do so by law, or unless required for those service providers/consultants  we  associate  with  to  operate  and  deliver  our  services  to You. We will share your personal information including your email address and location  with  third  parties  only  in  the  ways  that  are  described  in  this  privacy statement. We do not sell your personal information to third parties. Service providers handles services such as conducting tests on samples collected, processing  medical  reports,  payment  processing,  spam  detection,  network  data transmission, and other similar services. These companies are authorized to use your personal information only as necessary to provide these services to UEERI. We  remain  responsible  for  your  information  when  shared  with  our  associate service  providers/  consultants,  and  it  will only  be  used  and  stored  for  the purposes detailed in this document.   
3.2 Security
UEERI  is  committed  to  protect  your  information  and  use  leading  technologies  and encryption software to safeguard your data, and keep strict security standards to prevent any unauthorized access to it, both during transmission and processing, once We receive it. Information  security  policy  and  procedures  will  be  documented  and  implemented  to ensure reasonable security for personal information collected, stored, used, transferred and disposed by UEERI. Technologies such as: cookies, beacons, tags and scripts are used by  UEERI  and  our  online  support  providers.  These  technologies  are  used  in  analysing trends, administering the site, tracking users’ movements around the site and to gather demographic information about our user base as a whole. We may receive reports based on the use of these technologies by these  companies on  an individual as well as aggregated  basis.  Our  online  support  providers  has  establish  procedures  that  ensure protection of personal information against accidental disclosure due to natural disasters and environmental hazards. However,  no  method  of  transmission,  or  method  of  electronic  storage,  is  100%  secure. Therefore, we cannot guarantee absolute security.
3.3 Data retention and deletion
UEERI will retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide you our services. If you wish to cancel your account or request that we no longer use  your  information  to  provide  you  our  services  contact  us  at mail@ueeri.com.   We will retain and use your information as necessary to comply  with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements. Published content, such as comments and success stories, are retained indefinitely unless you explicitly request us to delete it.    
3.4 Monitoring and Enforcement
UEERI will monitor compliance with its privacy policies, both internally and with Third Parties, and establish the processes to address  enquiries, complaints and  disputes. Any privacy related queries and grievances shall be directed to mail@ueeri.com email address.  

3.5 Dispute Resolution and Recourse  
a. UEERI  will  perform  a  periodic  review  of  all  the  complaints  related  to data privacy to ensure that all the complaints are resolved in a timely manner  and  resolutions  are  documented  and  communicated  to  the Users. 

b. UEERI has a designed and documented escalation process for unresolved complaints and disputes.  c. You  will  be  notified  and  updated  about  any  privacy  incident  /  breach reporting within 72  hours within the occurrence of the incident/breach. d. 3.6  Social Media  Our Web site includes Social Media Features, such as the Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Linkedin button. These Features may collect your IP address, which page you are visiting
on our site, and may set a cookie to enable the Feature to function properly. Social Media Features  and  Widgets  are  either  hosted  by  a  third  party  or  hosted  directly  on  our  Site. Your interactions with these Features are governed by the privacy policy of the company providing it.
3.7 Ads
We  partner  with  a  third  party  to  either  display  advertisements  on  our  Web  site  or  to manage our advertising on other sites. Our third party partner may use technologies such  as cookies to gather information about your activities on this site and other sites in order to provide you advertising based upon your browsing activities and interests. If you wish to not have Your personal information used for the purpose of serving you interest-based ads, you may opt out by sending us an email at mail@ueeri.com. Please note this does not opt you out of being served ads. You will continue to receive generic ads.
