Qualification: Biotechnology degree.
Experience: 1 - 5 plus years experience in selling life sciences / healthcare diagnostics, databases and consulting products and services
Language: Should be fluent in English, Hindi & Regional languages.
Key Result Areas:
- Send introductory emails to prospects.
- Cold calls to prospects.
- Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services
- Cold calling as assigned, working with marketing partners, generating interest, qualifying prospects and closing sales.
- Identify potential leads on a region-based approach and prepare Intelligent Summary Sheets for prospective customers.
- Generate Quotations & Invoices when requested for by the Head of Sales
- Address web-based Product and Quotation inquiries.
- Maintain Competitor and Market activity Report.(Product Comparison, Price comparison and Geographic preferences).
- Follow-up on Leads and updating in CRM software.
- Meet assigned sales targets on a monthly basis both individually and as part of a team.
- Live Help Support.
- Achieve Sales targets on a monthly basis.
- Help in setting appointments.
- Generating sales revenue by consulting / Introducing UEERI Genome tests & services.
- Help in building partnerships with hospitals, clinics, pathology labs, physiotherapy centres, dieticians, etc to generate demand for UEERI Genome genetic tests & services.
- To coordinate with the Product / Lab team for addressing technical queries from Doctors / Clients
- Coordinate & ensure end-to-end process, from lead generation to action plan report delivery, in coordination with the respective inside / outside team members.
- Address & closing quiuires generated from various verticals.
- Ensure logistics / shipment of DNA extraction kit delivery at customer / client end end and return shipment till the sample reach the Lab.
- Submit MIS on daily basis.
- Coordinate with the team of Business Development Managers / Key Accounts Managers / Customer Relations Managers in the defined geographical area.
- Achieve monthly revenue target in the defined geographical area.
- Manage all leads and customers within a defined territory.
- Build relationships with Hospitals, Corporates & Healthcare Industry.
- Provide online / offline product demonstrations and support.
- Selling and cross-selling additional products.
- Communicate between sales, marketing, and support teams to improve customer experience.
- Client Acquisition/Key Account Management - build and manage a large number of corporates.
- Develop the overall Business strategy for the B2B Services Business by understanding the client's requirements.
- Addressing issues relating to products / services in the defined territory.
- To complete & update any task assigned by the management / reporting manager from time to time.
- Should be ready to work without any time barrier.
- Should be ready to travel regularly across the defined geographical area.
