Online Consultation will be taken by experienced UEERI Certified Nutritionist / Dietician.
Pre-assessment evaluation like Pathology Test / Body Composition Analysis / Food Allergy Test, etc to be done at the clients cost as instructed by the Nutritionist / Dietician
The list of tests to be done will be shared by the Nutritionist / Dietician up on paid registration.
Clients / Patients needs to fill the Pre-Nutrition assessment form up on registration / before the start of session.
Client in consultation with Nutritionist / Dietician should schedule an appointment at least 2 days prior with the duly filled Pre-Nutrition Assessment Form and other reports.
Only online consultation is available.
1 to 1 online consultation.
Online consultation session's duration may last 15 - 30 minutes.
Consultation is Online as per the prior schedule
Online platform: Zoom Online Meeting / Google Meet Platform.
Customised diet chart will be mailed to the client within 7 working days.
The client should share his / her genetic report, medical history & all necessary information before the start of the program with the Nutritionist / Dietician / UEERI customer care executive.
Client should self certify the willingness for the UEERI DietFit Program.
Client can use any smart wearable devices & use third party meal tracking apps for better self assessment.
Full payment should be made in advance.
Pre-assessment process, Online consultation, coordination & report sharing will be done by the nutritionist directly.
Only two online consultation sessions will be provided as per this package. The client may request to extend the session by paying an extra fee.
