Online Consultation will be taken by an experienced UEERI Certified Nutritionist / Dietician.
Pre-assessment evaluation like Pathology Test / Body Composition Analysis / Food Allergy Test, Nutrigenenomic test, etc are to be done; at the clients cost.
The list of tests to be done by the client will be shared by the nutritionist up on registration.
Clients need to fill the Pre-Nutrition Assessment Form up on registration / before the start of first session.
Clients should schedule an appointment at least 2 days prior with the duly filled Pre-Nutrition Assessment Form and other reports.
1 on 1 online consultation.
Online consultation session's duration may last around 15 to 20 minutes*.
Consultation will be provide only as online, as per the prior schedule.
Online platform: Zoom / WhatsApp Platform*.
Customized diet chart will be mailed to the client within 2 to 3 working days.
Daily support will be provided to selected packages*.
The client should share his / her medical history before the start of the program with the dietician / nutritionist.
Client should self certify the willingness for the iProDiet Program.
Client should use smart wearable devices & share the information with dietician for better assessment.
Full payment should be made in advance.
